These terms apply when you use the games, apps, websites and in-game store operated by FMRX, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“FMRX”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, playing our games or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login details safe. Give accurate information when you sign up. If you’re under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases.

In-game credits and virtual items

When you buy or unlock credits, items, characters or other game content, you get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and personal license to use them for entertainment inside our games. They are not money and they are not your property. They have no cash value and can’t be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money or other currencies. They can only be used in the game where you got them.

Our games are live services, so in-game content, items, prices and features may change over time.

Trading outside our store

You may not buy, sell or trade accounts, credits or items for real money, inside our games or anywhere else, including social media, forums, marketplaces and messaging groups. We aren’t responsible for losses from scams or trades made outside our official store.

Purchases

Prices are shown with their currency before you confirm a purchase. Purchases in our Android apps are made through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms. Purchases made directly with us are processed by our payment providers. Only use payment methods you’re authorized to use. Credits and items are added to your account after the payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Rules of play

Treat other players with respect, whatever their race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, social class or nationality. To keep our games fair and safe, you agree not to:

• use bots, hacks, cheats, scripts or other third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
• automate gameplay, manipulate game data, modify the game’s code or exploit bugs;
• trade accounts, credits or items for real money, as described above;
• make purchases with payment methods you’re not authorized to use;
• harass, threaten or offend other players, or post illegal or hateful content;
• attack, overload or disrupt our servers or services.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Depending on what happened, our team may give a warning, suspend the account temporarily or permanently, or remove virtual items. If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may suspend the related account while we look into it. Credits and items in an account closed for breaking these terms may be lost.

Updates

We release updates and fixes for our games. Some updates are required to keep playing, so keep your game up to date. We aren’t responsible for problems caused by using an outdated version.

Community

Our player community and part of our support may run on third-party platforms, such as Discord. Their own rules and policies also apply there.

Intellectual property

Our games and their content belong to FMRX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.

Changes to our games

We may update, change or retire content, features or entire games. If we retire a game, we’ll announce it in advance whenever reasonably possible.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our games and services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of virtual items or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t responsible for interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where the consumer laws of your country require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll publish the new version on this page with its date. If you keep using our services after an update, the updated terms apply.
