This policy explains what personal data FMRX, LLC (“FMRX”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our games, apps, websites and in-game store, and how we use it. We don’t ask for sensitive data, such as information about your health, religion, political opinions or sexual orientation.
Data we collect
- Account details: your email address, password, full name and date of birth.
- Game data: your characters and progress, and in-game chat and other interactions between players, which we record to keep our games safe.
- Purchases: what you bought, the amount, the date and the order or transaction ID.
- Payment details: handled by Google Play or our payment providers. We don’t receive or store your card details.
- Device and technical data: IP address, account and device identifiers (such as device ID and advertising ID), platform, and game logs.
- Support messages: what you send us when you contact support.
- Surveys and events: contact details and preferences, if you choose to take part.
How we use it
- to run our games and your account;
- to check that you’re eligible to use our services;
- to deliver your purchases;
- to prevent fraud, cheating and abuse;
- to answer support requests;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with:
- providers that help us run our services, such as cloud hosting, push notifications and payments;
- app stores that distribute our games;
- authorities, when the law requires it;
- others, when needed to enforce our terms and protect our players.
We don’t sell your personal data.
Where your data is processed
Our providers may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
How we protect it
We use security measures such as encryption and access controls to protect your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- send you a copy in a structured format;
- delete it;
- limit how we use it;
- stop processing that is based on your consent.

Age
To create an account, you must be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data under the law where you live. Our games aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Our websites use cookies that are needed for login and security. If a site uses other cookies, such as for analytics, that site will tell you.
Discord
If you join our community on Discord, Discord’s own privacy policy applies to what you share there.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We’ll announce changes on our website or by email, and publish the new version on this page with its date.
